WHEN Kevin Waters took a photo of the Spitfire model at RAF Uxbridge on his mobile phone, nothing seemed to be untoward.

TESCO has asked Hillingdon Council to release it from its obligation to provide a bus lane near one of its stores.

The company opened its superstore in Trout Road, Yiewsley in spring 2011 after a long and often acrimonious process.
