CONCERNS are growing for a 39-year-old who has been missing for more than a month.
Police believe Marcus Dawson, who lives in St Albans and went missing on February 10, could be in the Rickmansworth or Uxbridge area.
Detective Inspector Duncan Sales said: We are growing increasingly concerned for Marcus' safety and well-being.
"He may not be able to obtain the medication that he requires which could affect his health. Therefore, it is important we find out where he is so we can make sure he is safe and well."
Marcus is described as being of slim build, 5ft 7 inches tall, with light brown collar-length hair and a beard.
It is not known what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance but he usually wears gothic-style clothing, a black woolly hat on occasions, black shoes and carries a ruck-sack.
If anyone knows where he is they are asked to call Hertfordshire Police on 0845 33 00 222.
CONTROVERSIAL plans to build homes in a wildlife hotspot have again been resubmitted.

A KNOWN beggar who has previously been kicked out of Hayes has now been served with an ASBO also banning him from Uxbridge town centre.

He is banned from all areas of Hayes town centre, and Uxbridge town centre, and from loitering near ATMs across the borough.
A CONCERNED resident has accused Hillingdon Council of wasting tax payers' money by throwing away 'perfectly good' paving slabs used to refurbish Uxbridge High Street.
Nick Johnson, of Uxbridge, said he was told by workmen that the slabs were destined to be dumped on a landfill site.
He said: "I have been watching the work with interest and saw the workmen excavating the slabs. They said the council told them there was nowhere to store them.
"It seems like a colossal waste of tax payers' money and completely crazy to chuck away slabs that could be used elsewhere."
The ongoing work is part of improvements to the town centre, including the removal of trees and circular benches, with a long-term plan to provide shops with outdoor seating areas.
Mary Worrall, head of highways and green spaces: "Hillingdon Council worked with Transport for London to bring improvements to Uxbridge Town Centre.
"As part of this, the layout of the pedestrian area was redesigned to offer more space, and to make the town centre more attractive place to live, work and shop.
"As part of these works, damaged paving is being replaced and several trees have been replaced with new species more suitable for this area.
"The old paving slabs are being recycled and will be used as granular fill in other areas."
