First time buyer help available in the Chimes

AN EXTRA lift will be available to first time buyers looking to get onto the property ladder this weekend.

Hillingdon Council will be telling people how they can double their deposit all day on Saturday when they hold a stall in The Chimes.

The non-repayable home ownership grant will match the 7.5 per cent provided by the applicant up to a maximum of £15,750.

Only those who have lived in the borough for at least ten years are eligible for the scheme.
